  Poor service 2 times phoning in to go orders. A shame really because the food is good & a convenient spot for a trucker to get a decent meal... but not when you phone in & they don't start to make your food until after you get there to pick it up 20 minutes later. Check you're order before you leave too my no cheese request was explained with great importance but that didn't get through & no apologies made for the mistake. I'll take my $ elsewhere if they don't appreciate my business
  
  PS: try putting the smartphone down & greet your customers when they come to the counter.
